A FATAL ROAD ACCIDENT

Plassey; 13th Nov; 2023: A dreadful road accident happened on 29th October at 10:30 a.m. at Plassey in Nadia. The accident occured between a bike and a Truck. The cause of the accident was over drinking. As a result two bikers were killed and one of them was injured because of the accident. Local people rushed to the spot and started rescue operation. The injured persons were taken to nearby Plassey Hospital for proper medical treatment. Police came to the spot and controlled the situation. Local MLA Rushan Mondal showed great sympathy to those affected people of the accident. He also announced Rs. 50,000/- for the nearest of kin of those killed in the accident.
