A DREADFUL TRAIN ACCIDENT

Krishnanagar; 3rd December, 2023: A dreadful train accident happened on 2nd December, 2023 at 10:30 PM at Krishnanagar in Nadia. The accident occured Sealdah bound Bhagirathi Express jumped off rails. The cause of the accident was Fishplate found loose. As a result 40 passengers were died and about 60 passengers were injured because of this accident. The injured persons were taken to nearby Sadar Hospital for proper medical treatment. Police came to the spot and controlled the situation. Central Government also sent a team for that operation. Department of Railways announced declared Rs. 5 lakh for the dead persons family and Rs. 2 lakh for injured persons.
